Wedding: Haley + Kent in Vernon in the backyard

The necklace Haley wore is a family heirloom, part of a set, originating in the early 1900’s; a gift of the last Czarina of Russia to one of her ladies-in-waiting. As Haley’s mom told me the story of it and how her family came to be in possession of it, I’m sure I stood there wide eyed and mouth agape, I LOVE random little stories pertaining to most things historical. One detail I find very interesting is that each image is like a postcard of the places travelers visited. They were collected the same way postcards today are collected. The difference being is that these images were incorporated into a full set of jewelry; necklace, earrings, bracelets and pendent.

Haley and Kent were married on a day that was gorgeous sunshiney one minute and blustery rainy the next, the weather was insane and I loved it! It was challenging, but in a good way, it added drama to the day and our photos. The lovely bride and groom beamed throughout, loving every minute of their very special day.

Wow, absolutely amazing. Makes me want to get married. 🙂 I love the heirloom; nice touch.

The website has an awesome set up too, and I really appreciate the quality of the photos; I could infinitely zoom in as well as very complementing (as always). You truly have a wonderful talent and thanks for sharing it. Every photo feels like a special moment, not just an image.

    Big thumbs up! <3
